About Shipping Charges:
We endeavor to provide safe, quick delivery of all our customers' items. Standard Shipping is provided on the items' pages and reflect US Postal Service delivery, including relevant insurance and delivery confirmation. At the request of the buyer, it is possible to select an alternate shipping mechanism (such as UPS or FedEx). Any additional charges will be updated to the buyer via email and charged as a separate order with an appropriate title such as "2-pounds FedEx Overnight To Australia" (as eCrater does not support multi-type shipping options, only a generic 'dollar amount per pound.')


About Payments:
Buyer responsible for all payments, including but not limited to: all taxes, tariffs, import or duty charges, shipping charges, and diagnostic costs.

Cash-on-Delivery is only available for items which are arranged to be delivered to Portland, Oregon, USA. It is strongly recommended that the buyer contact the store staff -prior- to making a purchase to make arrangements for such pickup/delivery. Delivery charges will apply to all C-O-D purchases. No payments by check will be accepted.


About Returns:
All sales final. Returns accepted only for reason of defect, unless otherwise specified, and less any shipping charges. Returns not acceptable without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) identification number. (Packages received without valid RMA will be considered 'donated' and may be recycled or otherwise disposed of.) Buyer shall contact store staff via email to arrange for RMA information, including the defective nature of the item. Returns granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of store staff.

Sometimes there will be a diagnostic fee for returned items, depending on the type and quantity of the item(s). The RMA communications will detail any relevant costs. If there are additional costs involved, buyer will simply select the correct item from the Technical Services area of Products and purchase it as directed by the store staff, and then return the item.

Not responsible for lost or damaged return items. It is strongly recommended that any returns are shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS with insurance to cover the cost of the purchase and with signature delivery verification.


Notes:
All item serial numbers have been logged to prevent fraud.
